A black asphalt based coating formulated with fillers and fiber to form a tough but elastic film upon curing. This coating will seal small cracks, joints, seams and nail holes. The coating also penetrates, resaturates, and revitalizes dry but sound roofing Mts while it’s elastic skin prevents underlying roof felts from becoming brittle and cracking. The coating is resistant to water and heavy bodied enough to eliminate running on a sloped surface.
